muffin!

fancy those kenny roger's muffin? :D

mama wasnt home yet so I decided to bake the muffins myself. *so boleh la tangkap2 gambar without mama membebel2 kannn.haha*

two bars of 250g butter(soft butter). *splat!

2 cups of coarse sugar

beat untill it becomes white

you see? white! white! add 8 eggs, 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of honey.

oh and! the flour! sieve 6 cups of flour, 1 1/2 corn flour, 1 1/2 custard, 2teaspoonful of baking powder, 2tspoon salt. 

and now..., the hardest part..,

add the flour into  the mixing bowl.., bit by bit. or else, tepung tu akan berketul! then., add 2 tins of sweet corn kernel. NOT THE CREAMY CORN.

place them into muffin's cup, about three quarter full.

place them into 180degreeC oven for 25 minutes.

AND....

there you go! fresh from the oven!

eat 'em while its still hot. yummy!
